DESCRIPTION

Two robots are built and must work together to save earth from global pollution. Gardener-Bot and Chemist-Bot must complete tasks together to bring all plant life and nature back to life one puzzle at a time!

This game is inspired by It Takes Two with its CO-OP action. Each level embarks on famous landmarks in the city of Montréal.

CO-OP Isometric Action-Adventure Puzzle Game

PRE-DEVELOPMENT

1. Art Direction

Our team first needed to decide what type of art style we wanted our game to have. This is the Mood Board I created to present to the team.

2. Asset List

Being one of the Art Directors in our team I made the majority of the list on what assets needed to be out sourced and made for each level in the game.

3. Plans on Miro

To keep things concrete and organized with the entire team during production we used Miro, Here is some of the planification I had posted to the Miro for out team.

4. Level Layout

I felt it was crucial to use a real life map of the Botanical Gardens to format the layout of my levels since the game is based off on the true landmarks of Montreal.

5. Previous Level Layout

I also did the start of the planification's and layout of the level previous to mine to ensure the transition to my level made sense to players moving forward in the game.

6. Level Design Plan

Before doing any block out for a level I make a Level Design Document to mentally visualize what the player experience will be within my levels.
